Sorry that this is so late, but I just found you and wanted to help you out if no one else has. I used different sizes of Styrofoam balls. For the tallest one, I just shoved silk flowers into the ball. The next tallest one is tulle that I cut into circles and secured to the ball with flat head pins. The tall one on the far left is ribbon that I ruffled and glued to the ball. The middle one is crepe paper roses. Front right is little jewels I found in the floral department of Hobby Lobby, hot glued on. And the shortest, I painted the ball and glued beaded necklaces to it. Hope this helps!
